What to expect during the upgrade
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the app will be unavailable during the upgrade. Members can resume access on or after December 8.
Important dates and times that may impact account access during the upgrade:
On Friday, December 5, at approximately 4:00 pm CST, the following services will not be available to members until noon on Monday, December 8:
- Online Banking
- Mobile Banking
- App
- Bill Pay
- Balance inquiries with your debit card
The following services will remain open and accessible during this time:
- In-network ATMs (with reduced daily limits)
- Debit cards (with reduced daily limits)
- Credit cards
- Website for information only (Membership and loan applications will NOT be available)
How to access funds during upgrade weekend:
- Write a check
- Use your debit card at any ATM or merchant location
- Use your credit card
- Withdraw cash at any branch during business hours
Bill Pay:
Bill Pay will be unavailable during the upgrade. Payments scheduled prior to 6:00 pm CST on Friday, December 5 will continue to process. Members can resume accessing Bill Pay on or after December 8.
Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the app:
You will continue to access Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and the app after the upgrade the same way you do today.
